Pfilosophy
At our dental laboratory, we focus on creating a solid foundation of knowledge for working with different dental materials. We test and evaluate the characteristics of the dental materials using tests and creating display models. We look closely and ask ourselves: What best brings out the properties inherent in the material? What do we need to pay particular attention to? We examine everything and push the materials to the limits of feasibility and beyond in order to improve their properties. This approach makes the dental laboratory a competent contact for universities and research institutions worldwide. We process and solve real patient cases on their behalf. Through exchange and collaboration with institutions from the university environment, we remain challenged, informed and advance the latest developments. We pass on our experiences in numerous training courses. We design courses and focus on new, innovative training formats in order to meet the changes in the dental technology sector. Because we want to ensure not only up-to-date training, but also forward looking training. Together with the School, we are also responsible for running the courses. At the same time, we offer dental technical courses worldwide.

Aesthetic
Like the carpenter who carefully and carefully selects the best wood for this work based on colour,hardness and processing options,the dental technician must also determine the best material for the best patient solution.The raw materials available on the market are not the same quality.it may be that from an objective point of view the best possible material is not always necessary.The question of what quality of material i choose for my patient is rather an expression of my personal attitude and appreciation towards my own work and towards the patient.below we would like to briefly introduce our most important materials.

Quality through our own production
As a dental laboratory with particularly high standards, we select our partners specifically and design our manufacturing processes actively and with foresight. With the milling machine f we are able to process a wide variety of dental materials. Thanks to the 5+1-axis simultaneous milling technology, we can reach every desired milling point on the workpiece and can also precisely machine hidden areas and divergences.
CAD/CAM technology makes many things possible. However, not everything that is possible makes sense for the patient. We therefore attach particular importance to an intelligent, perfectly coordinated digital workflow with the aim of achieving the highest level of planning security and patient satisfaction.
Our starting point is the natural patient situation. This must be recorded precisely and used as a basis for planning in the CAD/CAM software.We can digitize articulated models in the articulator and transfer their position and relationship to each other in the correct position without loss of information. Of course we can also work with intraoral scan data.
